What is your minimum order?

Do you have a minimum reorder?

What are your terms for new accounts?

Orders to new accounts will be shipped Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard , AmericanExpress,or Discover), Prepaid, or C.O.D. Cash Only basis, until credit is established.

What are your terms of sale?

Net 30 days from the invoice date, upon credit approval. A 1.65% per month finance charge will be added to all accounts which are past due. A $40.00 charge will be assessed for each returned check.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 4:00 (Central Standard Time)
Friday 8:00 – 12:00 (Central Standard Time)

Do you ship outside the continental USA?

Yes.

How long is your shipping turn around?

If the product is in stock usually within 48 hours.

What shipping carrier do you use?

UPS is our primary carrier, but we will ship with any service that you have an account with.

How are backorders handled?

We call on all back orders for approval before shipping.

How do you handle claims?

Merchandise should be inspected upon arrival. If there is a problem, please call our customer service department and we will work with you to correct the problem. All claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. No returns after 20 days.

Do you ship smaller quantities than full cases?

If your local wholesaler does not sell our products we do break cases.
